How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the size of the space, the daily processing volume, and the equipment you select. The configurator shows an initial amount in AZN, VAT included. The final price is confirmed after a site visit.
How long does a project take to complete?
A turnkey project is completed within 30–90 days. The timeline depends on the condition of the space, the scope of renovation work, and equipment delivery. We confirm your project's timeline in writing after a site visit.
Can I buy the equipment on credit?
Yes. When completing your order in the configurator, you can send an inquiry for a bank loan. Payment by bank transfer is also available.
Can I set up a business in a small space?
Yes. The layout is prepared to fit the dimensions of your space. We carry out a site visit to determine which equipment can be fitted.
What does turnkey mean?
We hand over an empty space as a business ready to operate. The service includes planning, site preparation, equipment, installation, an initial set of chemical products, and staff training. All the work is carried out under a single contract, by a single team.
Do you only service equipment bought from you?
We provide authorized service for the brands we supply. You can also contact us about other equipment — we'll check the model and let you know if we can service it.
Is NovaSoft only for your own stores?
No. NovaSoft, originally built for our own stores, is also offered to other laundries on a subscription basis. The system works in 17 languages and in 83 countries.
How do I get started on a project?
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp. You can also prepare an initial plan in the configurator and send it to us.
How long does training take?
Training is included in every turnkey project and completed within the project's 90 days. Theoretical preparation happens before equipment arrives, hands-on practice on site follows installation, and we also provide support in the first days after opening.
