FAGOR PROFESSIONAL

History

Fagor Professional's official presentation dates the start of operations to 1960. The business developed around hotel, foodservice and laundry equipment. For a long time, the Fagor Industrial name was used in the market. The company is now part of the Onnera Group structure. Onnera, in turn, is part of the Mondragon Corporation of cooperatives. This affiliation defines the corporate framework of the professional equipment business.

On 22 October 2021 the Fagor Professional name was unveiled to the public. The launch took place at the HostMilano trade show. The company described it as a rebranding of the Fagor Industrial commercial brand. The same event featured the iKORE ovens and the Monoblock cooking line. The refrigeration range and the MyFagor digital platform were also among the new offerings. The name change was not the creation of a separate company but a rebranding of the existing business.

Laundry products are presented in the same broad portfolio as professional kitchen equipment. Ready-made solutions include the Laundry2Go compact self-service module. This unit combines washer, dryer and payment capabilities. Chemical dosing and a technical access area are part of the design. Alongside equipment, the manufacturer offers digital tools for distributors. FagorQuote serves documentation and preparation of commercial quotes. The group's overall plant and employee figures are not considered a separate measure of the brand's size.
