History

JACK's history begins with Feiqiu Sewing Machine, founded in Taizhou in 1995. The official timeline links the early stages to sewing equipment manufacturing. In 2000 two modern plants were completed. In 2001 the Feiqiu name was replaced with JACK. Subsequent development continued in the direction of industrial sewing machines and automation of manufacturing processes. Taizhou is shown as the company's main operational hub.

In 2009, the acquisition of cutting-equipment businesses in Germany opened a new direction. JACK thus also entered pre-sewing operations. In 2017, the company's Class A shares were listed on the stock exchange. That same year, Italy's MAICA company was also acquired. The current presentation shows the BULLMER, MAICA and VIBEMAC businesses within the group. These are specializations related to cutting, shirt and denim manufacturing.

In 2020, an automated plant began operating in the Taizhou Bay industrial zone. The company's range covers straight-stitch, overlock and other industrial machines. Overhead conveyor, automatic cutting and warehousing systems are also offered. Software integrates the management of these operations. The current official site states that products reach more than one hundred fifty countries. JACK is not a manufacturer of dry-cleaning chemicals.
