LeTech's UK site links the brand to Northants Leather Chemicals Ltd. It states that products are developed, tested and manufactured in the United Kingdom. The address is in Northampton. The Russian-language site also confirms UK manufacturing, but cites the name LeTech International Ltd. That site separately lists a LeTech LLC office in Moscow. The domain being in Russian does not mean the country of manufacture is Russia.

The Russian-language brand history dates its beginning to 2011. The opening of the Northampton production facility is listed in that chronology as 2018. The UK's Companies House register, however, registered LETECH INTERNATIONAL LTD in 2019. The register gives the date as August 2nd. These dates do not represent the same legal event. The start of brand activity and the registration of the UK legal entity should be presented separately.

Product development combines leather cleaning, color renewal, repair and protection. The Russian-language chronology notes the introduction of the ExpertLine line in 2019.
