EVOCLEAN

History

The corporate history of the EvoClean profile belongs to the manufacturer Hydro Systems. Hydro was founded in Cincinnati, USA, in 1963. Initial operations involved manufacturing pressure washers. In 1983, the company shifted toward chemical dilution and dosing. This change formed the basis of its later product line. Current applications cover laundry as well as kitchen, vehicle washing and other sectors.

In 1992, European operations began via Hydro Systems Europe. In 1997, the company was acquired by Dover. Subsequent international expansion covered centers in South America, Australia and Asia. The current official website presents Hydro as the PSG brand. PSG is a Dover company. Therefore, rather than creating a separate ownership and legal-entity history for EvoClean, the manufacturer structure is shown instead.

EvoClean's official product FAQ gives the introduction year as 2016. The system was designed for dosing chemicals in the laundry. The Venturi design works differently from peristaltic pumps' compressible tubing. Hydro explains this effect on maintenance needs in product comparisons. The wash manifold is part of the EvoClean system. Separate solutions are offered for different flow rates and laundry applications. The product's technical specifications should be checked for the selected version. Hydro's other dosers are not automatically called EvoClean.
