ITALCLEAN

History

Italclean was founded in Bologna in 1986. The founders had prior work experience in the dry-cleaning field. The company's initial technical focus was solvent-based cleaning machines. The product range was later expanded to meet market demand. Wet cleaning, drying and ironing equipment were also added to operations. The official contact address is listed in San Giorgio di Piano, in the province of Bologna.

In the dry-cleaning range, perchloroethylene machines form a separate group. Models for hydrocarbon and various other solvents are also available. Distillation-free variants are offered separately. The company designs the equipment for laundries of various sizes. Hotels, hospitals and social service institutions are listed among the users. Dry-cleaning technology thus remains part of a broader professional textile-processing portfolio.

The current site lists washer-extractors, dryers and cylinder ironers. Hygienic-barrier washers and auxiliary equipment are also offered. An international distributor network combines product sales with technical support. The manufacturer states that spare parts are shipped via international courier. Serviceability is specifically emphasized in product design. Technical consulting and equipment customization are part of the company's offering. The public history describes the range's expansion but gives no specific years for those transitions.
