Features
- Length 50 mm, diameter 20 mm. The dimension line gives a 5 mm shank, while the compatibility sentence states it fits a bench/hand drill, lathe, or other powered tool that accepts a 6 mm shank; the dimensions conflict in the source.
- The round-head channel sizes are approximately 4/6/8 mm; the pointed head is 3/4/5 mm. The product title also names it as a soldering iron / marking-channel tip application.
- In the Round image, the groove widths are shown as 4/6/8 mm, with base diameters of 10/8/6 mm for those grooves. In the Sharp image, the widths are also 4/6/8 mm, with base diameters of 9/8.5/8.5 mm; this conflicts with the main text's 3/4/5 mm figure for Sharp.
- In the illustrated hot application, the edge is first shaped into a half-round profile, WUTA edge dressing is applied with a cotton-tipped applicator, then reapplied after 220-grit sanding. 800-grit sanding and another coat are applied; the edge is then sealed by melting wax with the heated flat head.
- Once the edge is dry, solid wax is applied and rubbed repeatedly; the heat from rubbing with a waxed cloth spreads the wax across the surface. The separate Round and Sharp head images each show 1 piece, and the separate soldering-iron option image also shows 1 piece. The image gives no temperature figure.
