Features
- The round base is approximately 1000 g with a circular brushed texture; the oval base is approximately 330 g with a straight brushed texture. The heavy round base is also shown as providing table stability and holding the leather down with its weight.
- 12 size sockets: 3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12/12.5/15 mm on the title. Precise engraving, numeric markings, and mirror-polished sockets are designed to protect the button surface from scratches.
- For snap buttons, sew-on buttons, rivets, mushroom-head rivets, and decorative hardware; used on leather, clothing, bags, canvas, woven straps, and jackets. A matching setting rod is required.
- The mushroom rivet rod, button rod, and base are sold separately. Prepare a mallet, a cutting mat, a matching head, and a round hole punch; punch the leather, place the bottom cap on the base, position the leather and the top cap, and strike vertically with the matching rod to set.
- The base images note heat-treatment hardening, a smooth surface, and a large chamfered edge. The weight photo of the round base shows 1020 g; the spec/product text gives approximately 1000 g.
- Mushroom rivet rods come as a 7-piece set for 4/5/6/7/8/10/12 mm, and button rods as a 9-piece set for 3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/12 mm, plus a single-piece option. The rod cards state the base is not included.
