- The image shows new grade-A PVC, a soft-rigid-soft 3-layer construction, and a shock-absorbing, puncture-resistant core. Do not cut the same spot repeatedly; allow the surface recovery time after intensive work. The manufacturer states it is odorless material and that no recycled scrap is used.
- The A2 shipping image notes that, due to restrictions on packages larger than 60 cm, the mat is shipped rolled up. To flatten it, methods given are soaking in warm water and pressing flat, flattening over a warm radiator, or placing it under heavy objects for several hours. The image also mentions using warm water in cold weather, but does not give a temperature.
- If the temperature is below 10°C, warm the mat in a heated room first, then press it flat. Do not fold the mat, and keep it away from fire and high-temperature objects. This warning is taken from the image; no additional temperature is invented for flattening.
