Features
- 7 head types: round awl, hollow round, hollow round with side hole, 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm hexagonal, diamond-shaped and olive-shaped. Each shape is sold separately.
- The round awl makes a smaller hole in the leather for fine stitching, while the hollow round punch makes a larger hole for easy stitching. The round awl is recommended for reverse stitching and leaves a small mark after the bag is turned inside out; the round hole punch is intended for rugged-style leatherwork.
- The hexagonal head can be rotated 90° to create a forward/reverse slant. The blunt tip and hexagonal conical body open the hole by compression and round off the edge, helping to reduce thread friction/fraying and pulling, and aiding a double-wave stitch.
- The thread shown in the images is only an assembly example; the package consists of the replacement heads.
- The assembly images show loosening the clamping screw with the small L-wrench, removing the old tooth and fitting a new one, then re-tightening. The package images also show the L-wrench and spare screws; thread is not included.
