Features
- 1–1.5 ton / 2200–3300 lb pressure; plate thickness 15 mm / 0.59 in. Best-suited material thickness under 7 mm; maximum cut 10–15 mm is given. L upper plate 260×160 mm / 10.23×6.29 in; gross weight 37 kg / 81.8 lb. S comparison: 260×120 mm and 28 kg.
- Two chrome-plated hardened guide rods, two guide wheels, a long arm and needle bearings; silicon-manganese spring, an asymmetric large base plate, smooth screw caps. A black oxidized surface and red plastic spray coating are for reducing corrosion.
- The set height and stable position hold the arm's pressure. Press the dampened leather under the die, tighten the screw in the lowered position; the source shows holding for approximately 10 hours before releasing. When cutting, the die's edge side must face upward.
- For leather, fabric, labels, plastic, rubber sheet, film and paper. Place the die/material on the white PVC sheet, bring it under the upper plate, press the arm and remove.
- L—34 parts: press, PVC sheet, 4 screw caps, 1 Allen key/wrench, 7 round-tipped, 10 round-end and 10 corner-end dies. The heavy machine ships in a wooden crate; the actual shipping charge is confirmed beforehand.
- In the L size image, the base is 38×31.5 cm, overall height with the arm raised 63 cm, arm 33 cm; the red beam is 38 cm long, 8 cm deep, 2 cm thick; the press plate is 26×16 cm and 1.5 cm thick, with the base plate thickness given as 1.5 cm.
- L has 4 support screw columns. The image gives a 4.5 mm silicon-manganese spring wire, a claimed 550,000-cycle spring life, and a 30 mm shaft diameter. The adjustment wrench allows restoring balance after long use. Foam sheet is also shown in application images.
