WUTA Beech Handle Cutting Knife
Leather cutting knife for right- and left-hand use
Brand: WUTA
Cutter with a high-speed steel blade and a grade-A raw beechwood handle.

Features
- Blade 35 mm wide, 55 mm long, 3 mm thick; handle 100 mm long, 25 mm diameter.
- Right/left-hand and straight/angled blade options are for long straight and curved cuts. The source specifically notes the sharp edge isn't perfectly flat.
- The handle can be tinted and painted; its shape is aimed at easing grip and reducing fatigue.
- Pictured overall length 155 mm, width 35 mm; the edge is sharpened with a single-sided 15° bevel, and the steel thickness is 3 mm. Straight/angled right and left, as well as a right- or left-pair two-blade set, are shown.
- The usage image shows keeping the elbow low and steering from the wrist, holding the edge at 90° to the leather surface, and precisely aligning the corner beforehand. For a long straight cut, lower the angle to increase contact surface; for a tight curve, raise it and lower after the turn. For a small notch, tip-pushing or a vertical cut is used.
- Edge rounding and thinning are also described. For everyday care, draw the edge backward on a compound-loaded leather strop, working the back the same direction to keep the line straight.
- For light dulling, use 1000/2000 grit sandpaper or a stone; for a fully dull edge, restore the shape first with a 400/800 stone, then finish fine with a 1000/2000 stone.
