WUTA Thread Melting Pen
Battery-powered thread-end melting pen
Brand: WUTA
Thread-finishing tool with a tungsten wire tip and an ABS body.

Features
- Overall length approx. 13.5 cm / 5.31 in, tip 3 cm / 1.18 in. Runs on one AA battery, battery not included.
- Heats up with a button; per the source, approx. 371°C / 700°F in 2–3 seconds. The instructions say to hold the button for 5 seconds before use. Package includes 1 pen (1 tip fitted) and 1 spare tip.
- For finishing bead weaving and thread work. Don't let the hot tip touch skin/leather or objects; don't put the cap on before the wire has cooled. Protect with the cap once cooled, and clean off residue.
- The anti-rust tip cover may melt under heat; wiping frequently on scrap leather while working reduces contamination of the work surface. Keep away from children.
- The pictured instructions show heating by holding the button for 3–5 seconds, with heating stopping on release; this differs from the text's 2–3 second figure. A rechargeable AA battery is recommended.
- The tip is removed and replaced; cleaning tip residue with a steel brush is shown. Pictured applications are melting thread ends to finish, melting wax, and heat-decorating patterns on leather.
