WUTA Manual Button Press
Hand press for buttons and eyelets
Brand: WUTA
Quiet-running assembly press with interchangeable dies, made of aluminum alloy and steel.

Features
- The machine weighs 1335 g; the die weighs 70–180 g depending on selection. Machine and die are sold separately, and both must be selected separately. A measurement variance of 0.5–2 cm is noted; minor oil/scratch marks are possible.
- For snap/eyelet installation and light stamping; a firm support and matching height are required under the stamp. Die size, hardware post length and material thickness must all match each other.
- Snap Button dies, 4 parts each: 666#—8 mm; 665#—10 mm; 633#—12.5 mm; 831#—15 mm. Snap Fastener dies, 4 parts each: 205#—10 mm; 203#—12.5 mm; 201#—15 mm.
- Eyelet dies, 2 parts each, inner diameter: 26#—12 mm; 24#—10 mm; 22#—8 mm; 20#—6 mm; 2#—5 mm; 8#—2.5 mm.
- Rivet dies: 3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 mm, 2 parts each. Domed mushroom rivet dies: 4/5/6/7/8/10 mm, 2 parts each. For tailoring, handcraft, sheet work and manufacturing assembly.
- The machine image shows 39.5 cm height, a 29 cm arm, a 17.8×9.2 cm base, and a 9.2 cm working clearance. The base can be secured to a table with three screws. The upper die screw is 7.8 mm and the lower socket 19 mm; another diagram labels the upper socket for M8.
- The arm fastener, die height screw, slider retainer, hardened slider and return spring are shown. The upper-lower die gap is adjusted so the dies don't collide and the snap isn't crushed. The die material is carbon steel and brass.
- The dies are made based on WUTA hardware; compatibility isn't guaranteed with all European-standard or other-brand snaps of the same nominal size. The snap, rivet and eyelet items shown in the sample are not included.
- In assembly, the lower die is seated in the socket and the upper die is fastened with a screw; the snap cap, punched leather and socket are positioned, then the arm is pressed. The stud side, other leather piece and matching snap are assembled the same way with the second die pair.
- Pictured sets: the 4 snap sizes—16 parts; the 201/203/205 trio—12 parts; the 8#/2#/20#/22# eyelets—8 parts; the 11-die set—36 parts; the six eyelet sizes 8#/2#/20#/22#/24#/26#—12 parts.
- The gallery lists 14 parts for the mushroom rivet set (4/5/6/7/8/10/12 mm) and 18 parts for the standard rivet set (3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/12 mm). The 12 mm size is not in the main text list.
- The 831# die's four parts, left to right, diameter×height: 22×25, 11×33, 22×30, 12×35 mm. 665#: 22×23, 12×35, 23×30, 12×34 mm. 666#: 22×23, 12×35, 23×30, 12×35 mm.
- For the 24# eyelet die, the lower part is given as top Ø22/bottom Ø18×30 mm, the upper part Ø14×34 mm and an Ø8 mm screw; for the 26#, the lower part top Ø24/bottom Ø18×32 mm, the upper part Ø17×35 mm and an Ø8 mm screw.
- In the older 8#/2#/20#/22# images, the lower/upper part diameter×height is given as 22×28 / 13×35 respectively; for the rest it's given as 22×30 / 13×35, but the unit is cm. This unit is inconsistent with the machine's dimensions and is not automatically corrected to mm.
- The older 201# card gives four parts as 22×25, 13×35, 22×30, 14×35; the 203# as 22×24, 12×35, 22×28, 12×35; the 205# as 22×24, 12×35, 23×30, 12×35; the 633# as 22×26, 19×35, 24×30, 12×37. These cards also state cm, creating a unit conflict with the later mm cards.
