WUTA Diamond Pricking Iron
Polished diamond stitching chisel
Brand: WUTA
Entry-level leather stitching chisel made of white tool steel.

Features
- 3/4/5/6 mm pitch; 1/2/4/6 teeth per pitch. Silver and black; the black surface is protected from rust via high-temperature treatment and blackening.
- The handle, teeth and inter-tooth surfaces are polished, making punching and pulling from the leather easier.
- Hold perpendicular to the leather; don't use a heavy steel hammer — use a rubber/plastic/nylon mallet and a soft mat such as rubber. Increase force gradually from light, especially with fine sharp 1/2-tooth tools.
- Wipe off the protective oil before first use; re-oil after use and store in a dry, ventilated place.
- The second-generation silver model has polished inter-tooth surfaces and a softened shaft. The comparison photo separately shows the first-generation silver and black models' inter-tooth areas as unpolished; the general "polished" description is therefore limited for the black variant.
- The size diagram gives all tools as 100 mm long; the 1/2/4/6-tooth shaft widths are given as 8/10/8/9 mm respectively. About 0.2–0.5 mm size variance in the pitch is noted as possible.
- 1-tooth pitch is for straightening, 2-tooth for corners, 4-tooth for short straight lines, 6-tooth for long straight lines. Size and brand are laser-marked on the shaft. The photographed four-tool set includes a plastic box, a black velvet pouch and a manual.
