Round-bar or donut-shaped slicker made of imported beechwood; for edge sanding, smoothing, and shaping.
Features
- An extra 1.5 mm channel for thin leather/knife-sheath edges; a small-radius 10 mm-wide channel for thicker items. Suits varying thickness and hard-to-reach curved areas.
- Precise lathe/sanding work and multiple fine polishing passes give a smooth, mark-free finish; a WUTA logo mark is present. The tool's tips are also used to push and shape leather from the inside during carving/embossing/molding.
- The donut shape is also shown as a decorative object and stress toy. Natural wood grain and a comfortable grip; sold in the chosen shape.
- Apply Leather Edge Finish and let dry; burnish repeatedly from the widest channel to the narrowest. The other demo tools in the instructions aren't included in the package.
- Photo options: a 2-piece mixed set of 1 rod, 1 ring, or one of each. The rod is 150 mm long with a 24.5 mm head width per photo; the technical drawing gives 25 mm between grooves. The five grooves are, from the top, 10/5/4/3/1.5 mm wide; 10 mm targets thick leather, 1.5 mm targets thin leather edges.
- The ring burnisher's outer diameter is 55 mm, inner hole 20 mm, thickness 20 mm, and side groove width 5 mm. The rod's drawing gives the top arc as R25 mm, bottom tip R6 mm, and a logo placement mark of 8 mm.
- The application photo uses 2 leather pieces, a cotton swab, 30 ml of edge finish and the rod; the source states these demo items are not included in the product package. As in the main instructions, once the finish dries, burnishing goes from wide groove to narrow, repeating the pass.
- In the drawing's zoomed view, groove bottom diameters from top are 17/18/19/20/21 mm; inner profile radii R3/R2.5/R2/R1.5/R0.75; outer transitions read R3.5/R2.5/R2.5/R2.5/R3/R1.5 mm.
