Features
- 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5 mm variants; each SKU is 1 tool. The set option is one piece from 1.5+2.0+2.5 mm. Shaft length 9.8 cm; the 1.0 variant totals 13.8 cm, others 14 cm; the overall-size heading gives 14.5×2.8 cm.
- The second generation redesigns the head angle/curve; a parallel high-low structure with an elongated rounded channel makes edge-following and creating a convex-rounded edge easier. Head and shaft are hand-polished.
- The spec sheet gives the line-to-edge distance as 1.0/1.2/1.6/2 mm, while the later second-generation section gives 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5 mm.
- Methods given include cold dry pressing, cold pressing on lightly dampened leather, hot pressing after heating over an alcohol lamp, and hot pressing over edge wax. Hot pressing darkens the color more; the waxed method leaves an even darker mark. Used for decorative lines, cut lines and stitch-groove marking.
- The dimensioned second-generation photo shows an overall length of 13.8 cm and a handle-base width of 3 cm; this differs from the text's 14/14.5 cm and 2.8 cm figures. The photos confirm the 1/1.5/2/2.5 mm edge distances.
- The manufacturer states the head does not blacken when heated. A rounded pressure foot adapts to the push-pull angle; application examples on watch straps, wallets and bag edges are shown.
