WUTA Manual Hot Stamping Machine
Digital hot foil and embossing press
Brand: WUTA
Desktop stamping press with PID temperature control and a hand lever; offered for foil/embossing on leather, cardboard, plastic, and cake surfaces.

Features
- Main body is black spray-painted carbon steel; heating plate and table are aluminum; shaft is 45# steel and beech wood. LED-display PID controller, K-type thermocouple and a 2A glass fuse.
- 2× Ø10 × 100 mm, 250 W heaters; 500 W total. US version AC120V–60Hz; European version AC230V–50Hz; Japan version AC100V–50/60Hz; China version AC220V–50Hz.
- Temperature 0–400°C / 32–752°F, accuracy ±5°C; speed 10–50 presses/minute. Heating plate 100 × 150 mm / 4 × 6 in, work table 130 × 180 mm, press stroke height 50 mm, press center distance 150 mm.
- Warm-up to 150°C is given as 6–8 minutes in the table, while warm-up to full working temperature is described as 5–8 minutes. Gross weight about 16.4 kg; wooden box 330 × 260 × 445 mm. The source states it holds a US UL electrical safety certification.
- Contents: main unit and shaft — 1 each; 304 stainless steel finished-product jig — 1; 5-color foil — 2 m per roll, 5 rolls total; 10 × 30 cm heat-resistant double-sided tape — 1 roll; spare heater — 1; thermocouple — 1; 2A glass fuse — 3.
- Remaining contents: adjustable positioning accessory — 1; its black-head screw — 5; press spring plate — 2; 304 steel head screw — 2; spacer tube — 2; Phillips screwdriver — 1; 5-piece hex key set — 1; double-ended wrench — 1; user manual — 1; certificate of conformity — 1.
- The positioning system is for repeatable press depth/placement; the 304 steel jig only fits certain finished-product sizes, letting a logo be stamped afterward on an unlogo'd finished item.
- When powered on, the screen shows the current temperature. Press Set to make the digits blink, use « to select a digit, up/down to change it, and Set to confirm; the unit then heats to the chosen temperature.
- Relief embossing: mount the shaft and positioning parts and fix the item in place. Lock the press position at about 75°C, level the die and stick it to the plate with heat-resistant tape. Then do a test press at 120–140°C; when swapping dies, carefully lift the hot die from behind with a utility knife as shown.
- Foil transfer: after the same setup, mount the transfer-paper support. At 80–100°C cover the area with clear carrier film and press lightly for 1 second, creating an indentation of about 0.5 mm. Place the foil colored-side up and press for 2–3 seconds, then lift and peel the backing carefully. Press once more with clear film to strengthen adhesion.
- Per the illustration, the base is 280 × 205 mm, the arm 280 mm, and the wooden handle section 80 mm. The diagram marks the lower foot height at 25 mm, base-to-heater level at 100 mm, and the rear frame section at 190 mm. The heating plate is 100 × 150 × 15 mm. The plate is labeled model WT-1015.
- The illustrated parameter table gives packaging as 300 × 230 × 400 mm, while the main text gives the wooden box as 330 × 260 × 445 mm. The illustrated set shows 2 adjustable positioning parts, while the text list gives 1. Some image lists repeat the 10 × 30 cm tape on two separate lines; this is not confirmation of 2 rolls.
- In one US-version photo, the 5-color, 2 m-each foil samples are crossed out in red, while other photos and the general list include them. The foil-free version is a separate listing; the same contents should not be assumed for every version.
- The image's initial application guide: foil onto vegetable-tanned leather at 80–100°C/1–2 seconds; foil onto chrome-tanned leather and PU leather at 80–100°C/2–3 seconds; foil onto cardboard and plastic at 120–140°C/3–5 seconds. For an embossed impression, vegetable-tanned leather is given as 120–140°C/3–5 seconds, and chrome-tanned/PU leather as 120–140°C/5–6 seconds. These are starting test values; test on scrap material according to the die and material.
- Per the safety image, the source states a version matching the local voltage and a grounded outlet should be used, and the unit should not be operated with wet hands or by touching electrical contacts. After switching off, wait at least 60 minutes before touching hot parts; heat-resistant gloves are recommended.
- If precise positioning is not needed, its setup steps can be skipped; the positioning system is recommended for repeated/series pressing. See the kit's manual for troubleshooting. Daily care: once fully cooled, wipe the heater and table with a soft cloth, check the cable/plug, keep moving parts oiled; do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaners.
- Monthly, check that all screws are tight; check the temperature controller's accuracy and clean the thermocouple contacts. Store the unit in a dry, dust-free environment. Reinforced wooden-crate packaging is shown.
- The manufacturer claims compliance with US UL standards, but the cited BZT report collage header reads UL 2272 and self-balancing electrical systems. This image does not confirm certification for the hot foil press; UL compliance is not accepted as a verified certificate here.
