Custom-made brass logo stamp
Brand: WUTA
Leather/wood stamping die made after the design is approved.

Features
- Submit an AI/CDR or high-resolution PSD, or a lettering font. Factory processing is at least 3 business days. Price depends on size; the M5 handle and heated soldering tool are sold separately.
- Base thickness about 4 mm, embossing depth 2.5–3 mm, screw 5 mm; M4/M6 by request. Pricing option for 0–3 cm when both sides are under 3 cm; a separate pricing option for 3.1–5 cm or 3×3 cm.
- For stamps under 3 cm, use a mallet or an electric soldering heater; the source's usage section recommends a heated flat-plate press for larger stamps of 3.1–6 cm. The handle can be removed with pliers.
- Lightly dampen vegetable-tanned leather with a sponge, wait for absorption, then strike with a soft-headed mallet. For wallets, bags, belts and wood. The plate carries the logo as a mirror image, appearing correctly on the working surface. 1 stamp and screw per package.
- The pictured file instructions accept JPG/PDF/CDR/AI, with vector preferred; text should be converted to outlines, and the image should be clear and black-and-white only. For a general logo, line thickness should be over 0.2 mm and spacing over 0.3 mm. The black area becomes a protrusion on the stamp and a recess in the leather; the white area is the opposite.
- For a two-piece embossed/debossed stamp, length and proportional height must be specified, with at least 1 mm spacing between lines. Embossing is 2–3 mm, with a recommended minimum of 2 mm; a hot foil press is required. The sample logo is 16×20 mm, which is not the size of every order.
- A standard raised stamp leaves a recessed mark in the leather. A recessed stamp for a raised mark must be requested separately, and its lines should not be thinner than 1 mm.
- In a new comparison, a standard stamp is 7 mm overall with 3 mm embossing; a thick stamp is 20 mm with 4 mm embossing; a two-piece stamp is shown with 7 mm thickness and embossing depth depending on material. These are given separately from the older text's approximate 4 mm base and 2.5–3 mm embossing figures.
- For hot stamping, 120–180°C is typically given; pressure and time are chosen to suit the material, and excessive time can cause deformation. It's noted that a brass plate needs a higher temperature than zinc. Paper, plastic, fabric and PVC are also among the applications.
- The M5 stainless steel handle is 90×16 mm; the tip diagram gives 5 mm and 4 mm markings. Options include a set with the standard stamp and handle, a handle-only option, and a separate heated soldering tool. The thick and standard stamp photos show an M5 screw; a request without the screw should be stated at order time.
- Pictured size options for the standard/thick stamp are 1×2, 2×2, 1×4, 1×6, 2×4, 3×2, 2×6, 3×4, 3×6, 4×4 and 4×6 cm; the two-piece stamp does not show 1×2 cm. The design is submitted first, size chosen, the mockup approved, then it's produced. It's noted that custom orders without a quality defect are not refunded.
