Black Sharp Leather Skiving Knife Tools | WUTA

Features

For thinning a leather edge without deep cutting and for joining cords. The source states 4 imported Mozart blades from Germany; the package depends on the chosen variant.
Handle approximately 12 cm; overall 17×1.6×2 cm. Blade 38×8×0.25 mm, slot 8×2.2 mm. The source notes a 1–3 cm hand-measurement variance.
A new size card gives the tool's overall length as 75 mm/2.95 inch, while the text gives 170 mm. The blade case is 46×13 mm, the blade 38×8 mm. This length discrepancy is not resolved without confirmation.
The photo shows three extra spare blades with the tool; separately, a 20-spare-blade option does not include the tool. The blades come in a plastic case for storage and transport.
A black-coated body and curved handle are shown. Intended for edges and small areas of hard chrome-tanned leather, vegetable-tanned leather, bridle and crazy horse leather. A professional thinning tool is recommended for soft leather and large areas.
The pictured application shows thinning both the edge and the fold-line middle section; these are not treated as equivalent to thinning the whole surface.
