Features
- The source lists SGS-certified No. 65 lead-free copper; cap diameter × shaft height 10×14/10×19/12×14/12×19 mm. Copper, brass and antique green-brass colors. Copper is softer/more malleable; the antique green variant's physical properties match copper.
- Mounting tools are sold separately; only included when a tool-included variant is chosen. The hammer, punch and pliers shown in the photo are not part of the standard set.
- Punch the hole, insert the rivet, press the washer with the cylindrical tool, trim excess shaft to 2–3 mm, and hammer into a half-dome with the forming tool. A metal anvil and metal hammer are shown for hard brass.
- Recommended separate 304 steel mirror-polished mounting molds: L—4 mm, M—3.3 mm, S—2 mm shaft. Finger/impact marks may appear on the mold after use. A separate cast-iron plier has a wide opening.
- The size diagram shows 3.3 mm shaft for 10 mm-cap rivets and 4 mm shaft for 12 mm-cap rivets; each has 14/19 mm length options. The parameter heading's 12×3.3×14 and 10×4×19 lines conflict with this diagram. About 1 mm hand-measurement variance is noted.
- Copper, brass and antique green packages are 50 pieces each. The mixed package gives 20 brass + 20 copper + 10 antique green at the same size. An additional photo also shows an aluminum variant; not every material should be assumed available in every size.
- Separate mounting tools are 100 mm long: L pair 13/10 mm body, 4 mm shaft; M 11/10 mm body, 3.3 mm shaft; S 9.5/9 mm body, 2 mm shaft. Pliers are 18.5×5 cm, jaw opening 2.5 cm; rivets are not included when choosing pliers.
