Features
- 3 materials/colors: the copper variant is presented by the source as SGS-certified #65 lead-free copper, the brass variant as brass, and the aluminum variant as aluminum. Copper is softer and can be cut/shaped; brass matches other brass hardware in color.
- Cap diameter × shaft length × shaft diameter: 6×10×2; 9×14×3.3; 9×19×3.3; 10×14×3.3; 10×19×3.3; 12×14×4; 12×19×4 mm — 7 sizes. Excess length is trimmed to fit the material thickness.
- Permanent fastening for making/repairing belts, handbags, ropes, bags and leather decoration. Mounting tools are not included in the basic rivet package; a variant with tools must be selected separately.
- Installed with a metal anvil and metal hammer: punch the leather, press the collar onto the material with the cylindrical tool, trim the excess shaft to 2–3 mm, and strike the tip into a half-dome shape with the forming tool.
- The recommended separate WUTA mold is 304 stainless steel, mirror-polished with rounded edges: for L—4 mm, M—3.3 mm, S—2 mm shaft. Finger/impact marks after use are considered normal. A separate cast-iron side cutter is described as a lightweight, wide-jawed tool.
- Rivet color matches material: copper color is red copper, brass color is brass, silver color is aluminum. Tool selection offers a 2-size set L+M or a 3-size set L+M+S; rivets are not included in those tool/plier selections.
- The cutting pliers' pictured dimensions: length 18.5 cm, jaw opening/width 5 cm, head width 2.5 cm.
