Features
- Opening range 0.1–85 mm; maximum measurement 8.5 cm / 3.3 in, overall length 10.2 cm / 4.01 in.
- Fixed pivot pin and tips; wide bearing surfaces help reduce side flex. Distance is set with a knurled adjuster, screw, a self-seating washer and a solid nut.
- For marking curves, border lines, circles, divisions and fastener-hole spacing; for right- or left-hand use. Loosen the screw, set and lock the opening, then run it along the leather edge.
- Tips can be made sharper or more rounded as needed with a sharpening stone, bench grinder or sandpaper. Retail box packaging is shipped at random depending on availability.
- The manufacturer presents 304 steel's material cost as about three times that of ordinary iron/carbon steel.
- The 102 mm model's diagram shows a thickness of 10 mm, weight 34.1 g, opening angle 60°, and a 35 mm cross screw size.
- An additional 135 mm model's image gives a 0.1–120 mm opening range and a 50 mm cross screw size. Applications for marking leather, wood, metal, kraft paper and plastic are shown.
