JUNIOR HCM machines are dry-cleaning machines running on alternative solvents — hydrocarbon, silicone solvents and K4. The manufacturer designed the series in response to tightening environmental requirements. A single machine can work with three solvents. The series has eight models with capacities of 15, 18, 19, 24, 32 and 40 kg. The body is stainless steel; distillation is done under vacuum, with electronic foam control in the distillation tank. Control is COMPUTER FC.
Features
- All parts that come into contact with the solvent, its vapor, and the contact water are made of stainless steel.
- Multiple redundant safety systems.
- COMPUTER FC (Full Control) control: 32 inputs, 55 outputs, simultaneous monitoring of 15 temperatures, machine status on LCD display.
- Frequency converter (inverter): allows changing the wash and extraction cycles, needed for leather and delicate garments.
- Water economizer: regulates water consumption according to temperature, and does not shut off the water supply if power is lost.
- Contact water decanter: water coming from the separator passes into a second tank, so the solvent separates completely.
- Solvent cooler.
- Automatic drying control: a sensor adjusts drying time itself according to the load size.
- Detergent (booster) dosing pump — adjustable automatic injector.
- UNISTILL: automatically washes the walls of the distillation tank, pumps out the residue, and controls tank filling.
- Vacuum distillation system.
- Distillation tank residue pump.
- Electronic foam control in the distillation tank.
