The INDUSTRIAL series consists of large modular machines running on perchloroethylene (PERC): the JUNIOR M1001 loads 50 kg, the JUNIOR M1401 loads 70 kg. The manufacturer designed these machines for sustained high volume and always assembles them to suit the customer's work — the elements needed for leather, carpet and industrial degreasing are selected accordingly. The washing module is supplied separately from the distillation module; one distillation module can feed two washing modules. The body is stainless steel, and control is COMPUTER FC.
Features
- All parts that come into contact with the solvent, its vapor, and the contact water are made of stainless steel.
- COMPUTER FC (Full Control) control: 32 inputs, 55 outputs, simultaneous monitoring of 15 temperatures, machine status on LCD display.
- Frequency converter (inverter): allows changing the wash and extraction cycles, needed for leather and delicate garments.
- Self-cleaning rotating needle filter.
- Water economizer: regulates water consumption according to temperature, and does not shut off the water supply if power is lost.
- Detergent (booster) dosing pump — adjustable automatic injector.
- UNISTILL: automatically washes the walls of the distillation tank, pumps out the residue, and controls tank filling.
- Automatic drying control: a sensor adjusts drying time itself according to the load size.
- UNIDRY drying chamber: built with no dead corners, delivers 17 m³/min airflow, reduces drying time and water/electricity consumption.
- Contact water decanter: water coming from the separator passes into a second tank, so the solvent separates completely.
- UNICARBON activated carbon filter: absorbs solvent vapor in the drum at the end of the cycle, keeping the concentration below 2 g/m³ when the door opens.
- Distillation tank residue pump.

- The machine is always assembled according to the customer's application: parts needed for leather, carpet, or industrial degreasing work are selected.
- MD4 distillation module: 880-liter solvent tank and 826-liter usable-capacity distillation tank; dimensions 1540 × 2070 × 2620 mm.
- MD5 distillation module: 880-liter solvent tank, two distillation tanks with usable capacities of 826 liters and 480 liters; dimensions 1540 × 2070 × 2620 mm.
- Option: UNICARBON activated carbon filter, distillation tank residue pump, solvent cooler.
- The loading door has been enlarged — loading and unloading are easier.
