The M series is a fire-tube vertical unit built for medium-capacity (150-1,000 kg/h) and high-pressure (4-8 bar) steam. The low-water-volume design complies with 2014/68/EU norms. The manufacturer states average efficiency above 91.5%, flue gas temperature below 250°C, and NOx below 60 ppm. The series includes four models: M150, M300, M600 and M1000.

- Fail-Proof design: pressure switches, pressure and temperature sensors, safety valve and pump are redundant.
- A jacketed body with embedded flame/smoke tubes gives a large heating surface with a low water volume.
- External fan module that controls combustion air.
- Proportionally controlled pneumatic outlet valve that prevents pressure drop at peak demand (optional).
- Pneumatic start valve group that puts the system into automatic mode at start-up.
- Stop solenoid valve group that performs an automatic bottom blowdown and shutdown at the end of operation.
- The steam drum attached to the body checks feed water level and process temperatures.
- Inline-type vertical feed water pump compliant with international standards (Grundfos, etc.).
- Steam, water and gas flow meters, plus electrical conductivity, hardness and pH control modules, can be added to the system.
- The furnace surface working together with the flame/smoke tubes gives, according to the manufacturer, 30% more heat transfer surface.
- High-capacity CPU and a 7-inch touchscreen.
- Redundant control and protection components: a triple pressure-switch group, dual temperature probe, pressure sensor, explosion hatch against gas compression.
