The H series is a double-coil horizontal steam generator running on gas or liquid fuel, in the 2,000-4,000 kg/h capacity range at 4-12 bar operating pressure. All measurement, control and safety fittings are chosen from international brands and nearly all are backed up. The manufacturer states average efficiency above 91.5%, flue gas temperature below 250°C, and NOx below 60 ppm. The series includes five models, from H2000 to H4000.
Features
- Heavy-duty construction made from P-grade plate and pipe compliant with 2014/68/EU standards.
- Fully safe, low water-volume construction compliant with pressure vessel and permit regulations.
- Additional Fail-Proof safety: dual mechanical safety valve, dual pressure switch, dual temperature sensor.
- PLC-controlled, fully modulating (1/10–10/10) automatic operation: burner, external fan and pump are controlled together.
- A proportionally controlled pneumatic outlet valve prevents water carryover and generator 'priming' (collapse).
- PLC-controlled pneumatic start valve group that puts the system into automatic mode at start-up.
- Solenoid valve group that performs the programmed bottom blowdown at the end of operation.
- Dual main coil, plus a preheating coil in the additional flue gas line.
- Combustion air is heated in the dual-jacketed outer wall: air temperature above 80°C, giving a 1.6–1.8% increase in efficiency.
- Beck-type burner group (Flam) with an external fan, built with a flame length matched to the combustion chamber and coil group.
- Additional drum module with four level electrodes that continuously measures water level and temperature inside the coil.
- Triplex pump group built as a dual unit for high-pressure water.
- Electrical conductivity control module that measures feed water quality (optional).
- Compact electrical panel assembled with Schneider and Siemens components.
- Complete supply with auxiliary equipment: feed water tank, intermediate pressure pump, water softening and RO, flash steam heat exchanger, dosing unit, blowdown mixer.
- A 'package system' variant, where requested, with all equipment assembled on a platform or in a container.
- A triple-coil design increases the heat transfer surface: controlled low combustion temperature, low flue gas temperature, 91–93% efficiency.
- Modulating operation in the 30–100% range with an electro-pneumatic proportional control module.
- The pilot-flame burner system eliminates purge time and keeps combustion continuous.
- Separator system that prevents water carryover on cold start-up.
- Ten-link redundant safety chain and a high-capacity CPU with a 7-inch touchscreen.
