PowerDry (PD) is a line of industrial dryers for heavy-duty operation. Controls match the PW washers: a 7-inch Schneider touchscreen, over 50 programs, and an industrial-grade Schneider PLC. The drum is stainless steel in a 3D honeycomb structure. The series includes seven models, from PD4015 to PD4125. The PD4015–PD4035 models are also offered for yacht, boat and ship laundries. Technical specifications are available on request.
Features
- Puravion Easy Control system: 7-inch color Schneider touchscreen, over 50 programs set according to load and fabric type.
- Remote connection and monitoring capability, including a wireless option.
- Industrial-type Schneider PLC unit: the manufacturer considers it, unlike microprocessor-based solutions, resistant to voltage spikes and leakage current.
- The 180° opening door makes loading and unloading easier.
- The dual-sensor door lock checks the door's opening and closing itself every cycle — the machine cannot start accidentally.
- The LED light inside the drum allows the garments to be seen during operation.
- The composite shock-absorption system with German SUSPA dampers keeps vibration low.
- Every machine is tested under extreme imbalance conditions.
- Schneider inverter drive: high extraction speed, low energy consumption, low noise.
- Stainless steel inner drum with 3D honeycomb structure.
- The waterfall-type water flow improves wash quality and reduces water consumption and cycle time.
- The machine's entire construction is built for heavy industrial duty.
- The bearings are permanently lubricated; double sealing prevents moisture and solvent ingress.
