The Puravion PB series is a bearing-mounted flatwork ironer (calender). The roller bearing assembly is entirely stainless steel and specially polished. Supplied with electric, steam and gas heating, fully automatic and microprocessor-controlled. The series includes four models: PB 3221, PB 5119, PB 5125 and PB 5132. Output capacity ranges from 32 kg/h to 140 kg/h depending on the model.
Features
- Large bed contact surface (3.71 m²) and output speed of 5-35 m/min.
- Bed-type design operating with minimal energy consumption (0.80 kWh/l water).
- Microprocessor control, ironing pressure switch and temperature monitoring module.
- Perforated roller unit: vacuum fan motor directly connected to the roller, stainless steel spring and Nomex felt.
- Full thermal insulation and roller cover module.
- Exhaust energy recovery system: approximately 1 kWh of energy is recovered per 20 m³/hour of exhaust flow and used to produce hot water.
