Hermetically sealed degreasing machines perform cleaning and drying at a high vacuum level. Systems are built for the safe handling of various solvent types. A typical cycle: initial spray wash, main wash by full or partial immersion (with or without ultrasound), rinsing, solvent vapor phase and drying. Stages are stored and can be modified in Siemens PLC programs.
Features
- Gas is removed from the solvent at the start of the cycle — the immersion bath works evenly and deeply.
- Drying with modified alcohol and hydrocarbon is carried out under a vacuum below 1-3 mbar; the part remains odor-free.
- Distillation takes place in two stages: continuous distillation and boiling — almost no solvent residue remains.
- Solvent content in the oil sludge is reduced below 1-2% and automatically discharged under temperature control.
- The operator has no contact with the solvent: sludge handling and filter cleaning are automatic.
