Hydrokinetic parts washer, seven wash modes

Logica Blue is for washing metal parts, castings, small components and molded parts. It has front loading and the ability to rotate on a horizontal axis. It works with biodegradable-detergent washing, rotating ramps, dip-and-rinse cycles, and optional ultrasonic assist. Water-based systems are built with one to four tanks; the vacuum-pump drying variant has up to five tanks. Controlled by a Siemens PLC.

Features

Seven wash modes: immersion washing (ultrasound optional), rotating-ramp spray washing, immersion rinsing, spray rinsing, blow-off, hot-air or vacuum drying, mixed mode.
Four-stage cycle: surface cleaning, rinsing with a second tank, hot-air drying, exhaust.
In the vacuum version, pressure is reduced below 10 mbar — water evaporates instantly and no oxidation occurs.
Continuous or oscillating basket rotation for geared or non-perforated aluminum, steel and brass parts.
On request: degreasing unit, piezoelectric ultrasound, steam injection, microfiltration, automatic loading and basket closing system.
