Chlorinated-solvent vacuum metal cleaning systems

Metal cleaning systems that run on chlorinated solvent operate in a fully hermetic circuit. There are three sub-series: Logica, SF and E. All work with super-stabilized perchloroethylene. Perchloroethylene is compatible with easily-oxidized alloys such as aluminum, stainless steel, magnesium, zinc and bronze. Work is carried out entirely under vacuum, with key parameters monitored by a Siemens ET 200 SP PLC.
Features
- For removing oil, chips and micro-dust; also suitable for parts contaminated with polishing paste.
- Solvent consumption is low thanks to continuous distillation and complete sealing.
- 'Energy saving unit': distillation heat is recovered to heat the solvent in the tanks.
- Standard configuration: 1-2 insulated solvent tanks, 1-2 continuous distillation modules, double water-solvent separator, closed-loop condensation system, centrifugal pump, 250-500 µm filtration, PLC control (20 memory programs).
- The Coalperc active-carbon recovery system collects residual solvent and vapors from the cleaning chamber.
- On request: 25-30-40 kHz ultrasound, microfiltration down to 1 µm, double and triple distillation, automatic basket loading, pH meter, infrared PPM analyzer.
