The HS series is Puravion's industrial washer-extractors: ten models from 8 kg to 110 kg. The special drum design (AquaFall) sprays water from the drum's vanes — the manufacturer states this improves rinse quality and reduces fabric friction. The dosing system works with both powder and liquid chemicals. Heating is by steam or electricity. Control is fully automatic and microprocessor-based. Features
- AquaFall drum: water is sprayed from the drum's ribs; the manufacturer states this allows reducing the number of rinses from 3 to 2.
- G Drive inverter drive: extraction at 380–387 G (standard 300 G). After extraction, fabric residual moisture stays below 50% — saving time and energy in drying and ironing.
- IMTx Inteli Tool: 99 programs, graphic monitoring, programs can be transferred from one machine to another.
- Just in Load function: when the machine is loaded below rated capacity, parameters are adjusted proportionally.
- Aquamixer: precisely sets bath temperature and directly reduces steam consumption.
- Six water level controls: flexibility in washing and water savings.
- MDS shock absorbers dampen 95% of vibration, reducing the load transmitted to the floor and noise spreading to neighboring areas.
- Dosing: 5-compartment powder and 6-connection liquid chemical system; if the liquid pump fails, dosing continues from the powder compartment.
