Firbimatic builds custom vacuum cleaning systems together with major manufacturers of tubes, coils and metal profiles. Parts processed can be stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, bronze and titanium. Systems operate with modified alcohol, aliphatic hydrocarbon, super-stabilized perchloroethylene, water or detergent. The cycle runs entirely under vacuum, and the modular design allows the system to be adapted to a plant's existing line.

- Output of up to three cycles per hour; designed for three-shift operation and more than 320 working days per year.
- Compliance with internal cleanliness standards such as EN 723 and ISO 16232.
- Parts are cleaned and dried in a sealed chamber — no emissions escape.
- Stages: top, side and bottom spraying; full or partial immersion, ultrafiltration and ultrasound; high-pressure solvent injection; vapor phase.
- Solvent renewal through continuous distillation, with up to 50% energy savings via the drying system in the distiller.
- Siemens S7-1500 PLC and industrial computer; remote monitoring via Gate Manager.
