The Carousel is a rotating-table, indexing system: the duration of each step is set independently. It washes loaded parts, or baskets filled with small or large parts. Washing is performed with high-pressure sprays combined with part rotation, followed by rinsing, vapor extraction and, where needed, hot-air drying. Spray manifolds sit above, below and at the sides, and the table's rotation cleans the entire surface of the part along with them.
