PONY TROUSERS PRESSES
Professional ironing equipment
Brand: PONY
A family of presses for the waist, crease and leg sections of trousers. The PANTAMASTER intermediate frame operates with pneumatic waist and crease clamps; the DLP presses both legs in a horizontal position.

Features
- PANTAMASTER: 10 programs; PLC, remote support, boiler, GFV and blow-through options
- PANTAMASTER HQ: heated waist mold for manual adjustment during the automatic cycle
- DLP: 60° opening, oil damper, adjustable pressure, steam and vacuum on both lower molds
- DLP: silicone divider plate, electronic control, two-button start; configuration with or without a safety frame
- DLP options: blow-through, 9- or 20-liter boiler and iron
- PANTAMASTER's pedal-controlled pneumatic clamps stabilize the waist and press the pleats; two horizontal molds and a divider plate process both trouser legs in a single cycle.
- PANTAMASTER's wide, vacuum-equipped, steam-delivering lower mold can also process household textiles and knitwear.
- PANTAMASTER's optional PLC touch screen offers remote output monitoring, production planning, diagnostics, instant alerts and statistical reports.
- PANTAMASTER HQ's heated waist form, which blows air from below, lets the operator use the supplied iron to touch up the waist while the automatic press cycle continues.
- On the DLP, the upper and lower molds are steam-heated and deliver steam; vacuum is standard on the lower mold and blow-through is optional.
- The DLP's manually controlled silicone divider plate separates the two legs and shapes four layers in a single motion; it is designed to reduce shine and pocket marks.
- The DLP's anti-pulling function prevents lightweight fabric sticking to the head as it lifts.
- The DLP connects to external steam and compressed-air supply; it has a quick-closing head, a safety swinging iron stand and an automatic cycle system.
- The DLP's two-button head closing can be chosen with or without a safety frame; the electric steam and ALL STEAM iron sets are ordered with a safety device.
