Pneumatic ironing presses for processing damp garments. The polished, nickel-coated head and lower form are steam heated; the standard lower form has no vacuum. Standalone versions and versions connecting to external steam and compressed air supply are available.
Features
- Adjustable pressure; head opening angle 50°
- No vacuum on the standard version of the lower mold
- Options: 7- or 20-liter boiler, vacuum, compressor, sprayer, timer and steam iron
- On the LAV-R1/E and LAV-R2/E models, the lower mold is electrically heated; vacuum is added on order.
- The CCP collar-and-cuff version has an electrically heated lower mold and vacuum.
- An adjustable timer for head opening is optional.
- The iron set can be chosen as an electric steam iron or an ALL STEAM iron, with or without a safety device.
- According to the brochure, the head and lower mold are only steam-heated and do not deliver steam from the surface; the LAV-R2 is produced only with an electrically heated lower mold.
- The head closes with two buttons, or with two buttons plus a safety frame; a single button or pedal closing is also shown for the CCP.
- The CCP can also feed the shirt dummy with a 30-liter boiler with separate heating groups; a condensate tank with water feed is an option only for the CCP.
