Both molds are steam-heated; the soft-coated head delivers live steam, while the polished head is an alternative.
Available as a standalone set or configured for connection to external steam, vacuum and compressed-air lines.
The 9- or 20-liter boiler can be ordered with or without automatic mold-heating.
Timers automatically manage the three phases of pressing; blow-through to the lower mold is provided by the vacuum/blow-through motor.
The stain-removal arm's surface is stainless; an electric steam or ALL STEAM iron can be chosen with or without a safety device.
An anti-shine Teflon head and a NOMEX coating for polished hot heads are separate options.
The brochure shows a self-balancing head via springs, head/lower-mold alignment, and an adjustable pedal for the operator.
Depending on the model, the brochure notes options for continuous steam sponging/beating and adjustment of the upper-lower mold gap.
