- The dummy's vacuum function makes it easier to place the shirt; the mold shape is suited to processing various sizes.
- The shoulder and sleeve-slit presses, as well as the main molds, are steam-heated and Teflon-coated; the coating is designed to prevent shine on dark shirts.
- For the HARS hot-air recovery option, the manufacturer states a 20% reduction in steam consumption and a shorter blow-through cycle.
- On the color PLC touch screen, cycles are customized, and analysis and diagnostics are performed; remote access and connection to the plant's management software are possible.
- The standard version has a pneumatic sleeve-tensioning system; the height of the sleeve-tensioning unit is adjusted separately.
- The sliding front mold allows the shirt to be placed without the operator changing position; special cuff clamps are adapted to the shirt's armhole cut.
