MIURA EZ compact single-pass steam boilers have an output of 2000-3000 kg/h. Gas (G, SG) and diesel (K, SK) versions are available; the S models with economizer are for higher efficiency.
Features
- Output: 2,000–3,000 kg/h
- Dual water-level control stabilises boiling conditions by varying the water level according to the combustion load.
- The EZ-3000 is 22% smaller than the previous boiler of the same equivalent output; the required floor area is 2.5 m².
- Reaching steam production at the set pressure after ignition takes 4–5 minutes.
- Low-noise operating mode.
- On the EZ-2000–3000, in the omega layout, vertical water tubes sit between two headers; combustion gases spread from the chamber to the tubes on the right and left sides.
