MIURA EH diesel-fired single-pass steam boilers come in models with equivalent steam output of 500, 750 and 1000 kg/h. In the omega-flow configuration, vertical water tubes sit between two ring-shaped headers; the manufacturer states efficiency up to 95% (EH-1000FS).
Features
- In the omega layout, vertical water tubes sit between upper and lower ring-shaped headers; a large combustion chamber and fast gas flow increase heat transfer.
- Heating surface area is under 10 m²; the specification section states overall efficiency of 85%, and 95% for the EH-1000FS.
- On the EH-1000F and EH-1000FS, surface blowdown is designed to control water concentration and alkaline corrosion of the tubes.
- Low-noise burner; a simple design that makes inspection and maintenance easier.
