Leather Colour Restorer Ruby — a ready-to-use leather restoration dye in ruby, available as a kit option.
Features
- A self-crosslinking, ready-to-use polyurethane-based formula that combines an adhesion component, dye, top coat and texture modifiers; designed to bond without a separate hardener or lacquer.
- For colour restoration of pigmented natural leather, vinyl and eco-leather, minor scratch/abrasion touch-up, quick repairs and custom colouring. Indicated for car interiors, furniture, footwear, clothing and accessories.
- The dye can be bought separately or as a kit. The kit includes a Leather Colour Restorer in the chosen colour, a 28 × 28 cm Leather Cleaning Wipe, a 28 × 28 cm heavy-duty stain/grease removal wipe, and 5 application sponges.
- Estimated coverage for dyeing one car seat is 60 ml. Formulated to retain flexibility and texture, resist temperature and abrasion, and prevent the colour from washing out or cracking.
- Colour: Yaqut / Ruby. On the manufacturer's page, the reference match is given as RAL 3002 Carmine red; on-screen colour may differ. For the exact colour, using the RAL code and custom colour matching is recommended.
- Not suitable on its own for structural repair of complex tears, rips, fold marks and cracks; based on experience, additional Leather Light Filler and Heavy Filler are required.
- Test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
- For home and professional use on smooth natural and synthetic leather sofas, car interiors, footwear, bags and jackets; correct preparation preserves flexibility and crack resistance.
- Coverage of 15–30 ml is indicated for small items or local repairs such as an armrest/bag, and 60–90 ml for larger areas such as a seat or two-seat sofa.
