LeTech Leather Light Filler
Repair compound for leather and vinyl
Brand: LeTech
Leather Light Filler is a water-based, creamy, homogeneous filler for shallow scratches, tears, cracks and other surface damage.

Features
- Forms a stretchable, flexible elastic structure once dry; on semi-aniline leather, a subsequent coating dye with Leather Colourant is also indicated.
- For professional restoration of leather on cars, furniture, footwear, clothing and accessories.
- Test every product on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
- Apply a small, thin layer to the prepared damage with a spatula. Drying with a household hairdryer takes a few minutes.
- May shrink slightly as it dries; repeat, fully drying each layer, until the surface level is reached. Smooth the final layer with sandpaper.
- Colour can be added by mixing in up to 10% of any leather dye. Always keep the container lid tightly closed so the contents do not set inside.
- For subsequent dyeing, shake and mix the dye; spray in thin, even coats. Thinning with distilled water is permitted; nozzle 0.5–1.2 mm, pressure 1.1–8 bar depending on the equipment; use compressed air free of water and oil and a 190-micron dye filter. Sponge, brush and roller application is possible for base coats, artwork and small local touch-ups.
- After dyeing, protect with Leather Top Coat with 5–10% of the total volume of Cross Linker X added; a matte, semi-matte or gloss result can be chosen. Wash tools with water, and with Leather Prep if necessary.
- Compatible additives: Leather Slip Additive, Leather Non-Slip/Wax-Effect Additive, Leather X-GUARD Additive, Leather Casein Additive and Leather Thickening Agent.
- Apply the top coat thinly and evenly with an airbrush/spray gun after repair and dyeing; a thick coat can alter the colour and stiffen the leather.
- Drying time depends on temperature and humidity: careful use is possible after 2–3 hours, with full curing in 8–12 hours. Do not apply cleaning or care products during the first week.
- Designed to create a flexible, stretchable coating on natural and synthetic leather that resists water, aggressive environments, weather and abrasion, while preserving softness and a natural feel.
