Fabric & Alcantara Cleaner is a water-based foaming cleaner that weakens the bond between dirt and fibers on natural and synthetic fabric.
Features
- For delicate fabrics including wool and silk, carpets, home textiles, furniture/car upholstery and clothing.
- Water-based BioCare Formula; free of chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, ammonia and abrasives. The source claims biodegradability, a neutral odour, no need for neutralisation and low allergenic/toxicological impact; the active phase evaporates quickly.
- Targets ketchup/tomato, blood, grease, fruit juice, soft drink, alcoholic drink, grass, tea, coffee, chocolate and confectionery stains; the source states effectiveness within 1–2 days of the stain forming.
- Test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
- First remove coarse, dry dirt with a brush or microfibre cloth, and vacuum car upholstery. Apply the cleaner and work in circular motions from seam to seam; on delicate fabrics use microfibre instead of a brush.
- Wait a few minutes, then lift the dirt and moisture by lightly pressing with a dry microfibre towel/cloth. Wipe again with a second cloth dampened in warm water and well wrung out, then allow to air dry completely.
- The product can be sprayed on until the surface is lightly dampened, or applied with a foaming applicator. Avoid using a brush on delicate fabrics, or use it carefully. Repeat if dirt remains.
- Once fully dry, applying Fabric & Alcantara Protector WB is intended to protect against future stains.
