Leather Balm is a leather care balm made from natural oils and waxes; it slightly darkens vegetable-tanned and aniline leather and enriches its color.
Features
- For conditioning, softness, water and UV protection, and concealing minor scratches/abrasion; also used as final protection for new items. For bags, hunting gear, footwear, belts, saddles and tack; not suitable for suede/nubuck.
- Five scents: rose with natural rose oil; smoke/wood-note resin; natural leather; lemon-note citronella; and an unscented natural oil/wax version. The source states the resin reduces mould/bacteria growth, and the citronella repels mosquitoes and insects.
- Test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area first.
- Clean with Ultimate Cleaner and start with a small amount on a fully dry surface. Use several thin coats instead of one thick coat.
- Apply by hand with a circular massaging motion or with a napped cloth, then buff with a cloth. Repeat for stronger protection/shine.
