Neatsfoot Oil 100% Pure Leather is a leather-scented oil for softening and protecting leather.
Features
- The source states a natural neatsfoot oil base with no added mineral or vegetable oil. For moisture protection, conditioning, restoration and preservation; slight darkening can be adjusted by the number of coats applied.
- For vegetable-tanned leather, belts, watch straps, boots, shoes, gloves, jackets, saddles and horse tack; not suitable for suede/nubuck.
- The line comes in three scents: smoke and wood-note resin (the source states it also provides extra preservation and mould/bacteria inhibition); a natural leather scent; and an additional unscented natural version.
- Test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area first.
- Clean and prepare with Ultimate Cleaner. Apply even coats with an application sponge, felt dauber or a suitable method, and let it fully absorb.
- Once fully absorbed, buff with a napped cloth. Repeat for more intensive nourishment; the darkening effect increases with more applications.
