The unboxed Leather Care Combo is for cleaning, nourishing and wax-protecting leather accessories and footwear.
Features
- Kit: 200 ml Leather Ultimate Cleaner Expert Line foaming cleaner, 200 ml Leather Lotion X-GUARD PROTECTED, 1 natural-bristle brush, 1 application sponge and 2 pieces of 40 × 40 cm lint-free/microfiber cloth.
- Suitable for aniline, semi-aniline, waxy/pull-up, painted, bicast, synthetic/eco-leather and two-tone antique-effect leather; not suitable for suede or nubuck.
- For leather jackets, belts, footwear, bags, gloves and upholstery; the waxy conditioner supports the water-oil balance, protecting against UV and mechanical rubbing. Creates a layer that reduces oil and road-chemical absorption; gives a light leather scent.
- Test each component on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
- Shake the cleaner and apply foam to a brush or sponge; use a LeTech brush for textured and heavily stained leather. Work each section for about 30 seconds with light, circular, seam-to-seam motions.
- Wipe off the dirty foam immediately with a dry lint-free cloth; allow 10–20 minutes to air dry.
- Shake the lotion and place a small amount on a microfiber cloth or sponge; spread in a thin layer, seam to seam. Apply the second coat after the first has dried for about 10 minutes.
- After the second coat dries for 10 minutes, buff to a light shine with a lint-free cloth; leave to cure for 30 minutes. The second coat is mandatory on aniline and pull-up leather.
- Lotion interval is 3–6 months; monthly for a heavily used steering wheel and driver's seat. 200 ml is enough for about 2–3 full treatments of a three-seater sofa.
- General care advice: use a neutral-pH leather cleaner; household chemicals can damage the leather. The page's Q&A section also gives a 2–3 month care interval.
