Leather Dye Pro CRAFT LINE is a water-based, highly concentrated organic aniline dye that penetrates leather fibers.
Features
- For natural and vegetable-tanned leather, suede and nubuck footwear, garments and accessories. 23 intermixable colors; for shade shifting from light to dark, spot correction and full painting with several coats.
- Aimed at maintaining color stability under UV and outdoor exposure, high coverage, penetration and leather softness; requires a professional application method.
- Test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area first.
- Clean with Ultimate Cleaner; for heavy grease use Degreaser, then degrease with Alcohol Cleaner or Liquid Degreaser.
- Shake well; apply with a sponge, brush, roller or fine even spray coats. Can be thinned with distilled water; nozzle 0.5–1.2 mm, 1.1–8 bar depending on equipment, compressed air free of water/oil, and a 190-micron paint filter.
- Then apply Aniline Dye Fixative; spraying is indicated for an even result, with a sponge, brush and application tool as alternatives. Additional protection can be given with a suitable topcoat and protective cream for the leather.
- Clean tools with water, using Leather Prep if needed.
