Leather Heavy Filler is a water-based, thick, homogeneous filler for repairing holes, deep scratches and tears.

- Test each product on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
- First reinforce the hole from the inside with a fabric backing and Leather Glue WB; then spread the filler evenly and let it dry completely. A household hair dryer can speed up drying.
- It may shrink slightly while drying; repeat, drying each coat fully, until the surface reaches the desired level. Smooth the final coat with sandpaper.
- It can be tinted by adding up to 10% of any leather dye to the compound. Always keep the container's lid tightly closed so it does not cure inside.
- For subsequent coloring, shake and mix the dye; spray it in thin, even coats. Thinning with distilled water is permitted; nozzle 0.5–1.2 mm, pressure 1.1–8 bar depending on the equipment; use compressed air free of water and oil, and a 190-micrometer dye filter. A sponge, brush and roller are possible for the base coat, patterning and small local touch-ups.
- After coloring, protect it by adding Cross Linker X to Leather Top Coat at 5–10% of the total volume; a matte, semi-matte or glossy finish can be chosen. Wash tools with water, or with Leather Prep if needed.
- Compatible additives: Leather Slip Additive, Leather Non-Slip/Wax-Effect Additive, Leather X-GUARD Additive, Leather Casein Additive and Leather Thickening Agent.
- After repair and coloring, apply the top coat thinly and evenly with an airbrush/spray gun; a thick coat can alter the color and stiffen the leather.
- Drying depends on temperature and humidity: careful use is possible after 2–3 hours, with full curing in 8–12 hours. Do not apply cleaning or care products during the first week.
- Designed to create a flexible, stretchable coating on genuine and synthetic leather that resists water, aggressive environments, weathering and wear, while preserving softness and a natural feel.
