Leather Cross Linker Eco increases resistance to abrasion, water, grease and oil when hardening water-based polyurethane coatings.
Features
- The manufacturer presents Eco as a non-toxic technology; its reaction is slower than X/X Strong, its overall strength is indicated as lower than theirs, while its water resistance is indicated as higher.
- Add 3–15% to Leather Primer, Leather Colourant or Leather Top Coat and mix for 2 minutes. Compatibility with all LeTech water-based products is indicated; the detailed instructions are aimed at use with polyurethane coatings.
- The pot life of the mixture is 5 hours. It cures at room temperature; drying each coat with a hair dryer speeds up the reaction. An excess dose can make the coating brittle.
